College campuses worldwide face a unique set of experiential quality challenges. Mold outbreaks are on the rise, as buildings age and HVAC solutions fall short of resolving environmental biorisks in hard-to-monitor locations.
Antiquated buildings with deferred maintenance backlogs are problematic for most large-scale institutions.
And most never ceased operations, even during the global Covid-19 pandemic.

After an initial 7-week deployment, our data predicted seven areas where unidentified building risks impacted student-occupied facilities.
